二、注册条款
1、本平台的注册用户应当是具有完全民事行为能力、能够独立承担法律责任的自然人、法人及其他组织。若您不具备

7、如您代表其他自然人、法人及其他非法人组织申请成为vlefooena.com注册用户，则您声明并保证，您已获 得授权并有权使前述法律主体受本协议的约束。
三、使用条款

    1.1 未经授权使用其他自然人、法人或非法人组织的个人或营业执照等证照信息 进行注册的；

    1.7 使用或提供含有毁坏、干扰、截取或侵占任何系统、数据或个人资料的任何

电脑病毒、伪装破坏程序、电脑蠕虫、定时程序炸弹或其他破坏性程序；

    1.8 从事或被合理怀疑从事欺诈等活动；

    1.9 违反国家法律法规、规章制度、vlefooena.com有关规则的其他行为。

vlefooena.com亦不对因服务中止或终止而造成的损失承担任何责任。

六、纠纷及投诉处理
1、如您与vlefooena.com上与其他用户（包括供应商、买家或其他第三方）发生纠纷（包括但不限于产品质量纠纷

、贸易纠纷、知识产权纠纷等）的，您或第三方中任何一方均有权选择以下途径解决：

    1.1 与争议相对方自主协商；

    1.3 向有关行政部门投诉；

    1.4 根据与争议相对方达成的仲裁协议（如有）提请仲裁机构仲裁；

    1.5 向法院提起诉讼；

到的证据事实，并依据平台有关规则所作出的处理决定（包括暂时或永久关闭账号、永久禁止使用vlefooena.com、已支付的服务

费用不予退还等）。同时，vlefooena.com亦有权自主决定是否参与纠纷的处理。

3、如您为纠纷或争议的一方，vlefooena.com有权通过电话、邮件等方式向您了解情况，并将所了解的情况通知争

议相对方。您有义务在收到我们的通知后，在指定的时间内提供相应的资料，配合纠纷、投诉的情况了解与处理，否则，

您造成的损失。

安全等因素。

2、您了解vlefooena.com上存在海量用户自行发布的信息（包括但不限于文字、图片、视频、外链等），这些

信息可能存在一定的风险和瑕疵，我们已通过法律法规及相关规则的要求建立相关信息发布制度，尽可能保障您在

用vlefooena.com而造成的直接、间接、偶尔的、特殊的、惩罚性的损害或其他一切损失，vlefooena.com不负法律责任，即便

事先被告知损害存在的可能性。若您对vlefooena.com提供的部分或所有服务不满，您有权停止使用这些服务。

6、鉴于不同国家的法律、法规、政策的规定不尽相同，vlefooena.com会有针对性地采用技术手段对违反访问

、再许可使用以及可以自身名义对第三方侵权行为取证及提起诉讼的权利。

都是我们的财产，受中国和国际版权法的保护。
除法律另有强制性规定外，未经我们明确的特别书面同意，任何单位或个人不得以任何方式全部或部

损失后果将由您自行承担。

2、如本协议中的任一条款无论因何种原因完全或部分无效或不具有执行力，本协议的其余条款仍继续有效并具

有约束力。

3、因本协议或vlefooena.com服务所引起或与其有关的任何争议，vlefooena.com与您将首先友好协商解决；

协商不成时，应当向被告所在地人民法院提起诉讼。
