Hi, I’m currently comparing modular mobile home suppliers for a small residential housing project and found your cost guide useful, especially the difference between the factory price and the final delivered cost. We are looking for approximately 60–80 m² per unit, preferably with 2 bedrooms, 1–2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, and good insulation for year-round use. The homes would be shipped to the United States, so I would like to understand what is included in your quoted price. Could you provide a detailed quotation for 1 sample unit and also for an order of 10–20 units? Please include the house specifications, wall and roof materials, insulation thickness, windows and doors, electrical and plumbing systems, standard interior finishes, packing method, FOB/EXW price, estimated shipping dimensions and weight, production lead time, and whether you can provide drawings for local permitting. I’m also interested in knowing whether the design can be customized before production. For example, we may need different window sizes, exterior colors, kitchen layouts, and electrical standards depending on the project location. Most importantly, please clarify what is included in the factory price and what would need to be arranged separately, such as transportation, foundation, installation, crane work, utility connections, and local permits. If you have a current floor plan, specification sheet, factory photos, and a price breakdown for different quantities, please send them as well. We are comparing several suppliers and would like to select a manufacturer for repeat orders rather than just a one-time purchase.
